The auto-stable shutter panel is used in the construction of in situ reinforced concrete walls. It comprises two gap centred parallel vertical pans (5, 51) connected by transverse lattice work (10-21). A walkway (3) is provided between the pans, each of which serves as a ballast, preventing the overturning of its counterpart. Both major faces can be used in the shutter frunction, one being cleaned while the other is in service. One pan may be of a trapezoidally corrugated sheet (5) with internal stiffening rails and a plane facing, the other is similarly lined but of vertical 'C' sections. Diaphragm frames may incorporate inclined beams together with overhead lifting points (23) and an overhead walkway (22). Shutter fixing may be effected from between pans, each of which includes three pairs of fixing points at the top, the bottom and mid height respectively.
|
