A mounting (8) for fastening the tool in a rotary machine is connected to a holder (1) for a number of cutters (18). The cutters have grading edges (20) and are mounted in radial grooves (17) in the holder. A guide head (2) is coaxial with the holder and has a conical surface (23) to centre the holder w.r.t. the pipe.
