摘要 <p>Drying is by dehumidifying circulated air by passing it through the evaporator of a vapour compression refrigeration system to condense out moisutre. The refrigeration condenser is used to warm the circulated air. Air leaving the chamber is now split into two parallel circuits. A first circuit dries air by cooling it on the evaporator. The second circuit warms air on the condense. Air from both circuits is brought together to produce a single air current which is returned to the chamber to dry the cheeses. A thermostat is pref. installed to actuate a supplementary fan and atmos. damper which flushes external air through the condenser. Method is used for dyring food prods. esp. cheeses.</p>
