The dispenser for liquid preparations, such as soap, disinfectant, or hand conditioner, incorporates an interchangeable container (1) which has a connecting union (4) at the top, closable for transport and storage. A pump suction tube (10) with a non-return valved (11) is sealingly inserted in the union. The suction tube is fixed to the container and ends against a sealing surface (7) near the connecting union of the pump. The suction tube ends at an insertion piece (6) in the connecting union. A sealing lip (9) may protrude from the conical sealing surface. The latter may be conical, abutting a frusto-conical configuration of the connecting union(s).
