PURPOSE:To stabilize the fixing part of a terminal piece and in addition to eliminate formation of a thick coating of impregnated resin in which a crack is apt to grow by a method wherein a cover plate is attached at a part for the lead wire terminals of a resin impregnated coil which is molded without a metalic mold. CONSTITUTION:Insulating material which is easily impregnated is wrapped around an coil 1 and its terminal which have the terminal rod 6 being protruded from the coil surface and connected to a conductor of the coil 1. To hinder formation of thick coating around the terminal rod 6 and to maintain its position and vertical protrusion of the terminal rod 6 on the coil surface a cover plate 7 on which the proper releasing agent is applied is fixed on the surface of a coil utilizing a thread of the terminal rod and a nut 8 on which the proper releasing agent is applied not to be adhered by impregnated resin, and thus a unit coil 1 is formed. They are impregnated by resin without metalic mold and after they are completely cured and thus a resin molded coil of good look is obtained by removing the cover plate 7 and nut 8. |
