The car trailer spare wheel (10) fixture (9) is for a car trailer (1) having a tow bar (2) with two forwardly converging tow bars (3). It is centrally arranged above and between the bars (3) in the area between the coupling head (7) and the trailer front and holds the wheel with its axis in the direction of travel. It may consists of a triangular frame (9) with a bore for a tie bolt through the central opening of the wheel. The wheel may be secured to the rearward side of the frame (9) whilst the frame is supported at its forward side by a bracket (20).
