<p>A yieldable assembly for mounting the bearing block of a roller in the frame of a rock crusher wherein the resilience is achieved by reciprocation of a pneumatic cylinder under load. The pressure in the pneumatic cylinder is maintained by hydraulic pressure. The pneumatic cylinder has a relief valve set to momentarily relieve pressure in response to severe and abnormal displacement. The hydraulic means that maintains pneumatic pressure automatically releases its operation when the gas supply in the pneumatic cylinder reaches a dangerously low amount.</p> |
