PURPOSE:To let the works from predrying up to baking be excuted integrally in a short time by parallel-placing the electrodes right after coated with covering agent on holding frames and letting the truck carrying these frames in multiple steps run in the long oven of the specific construction. CONSTITUTION:Electrode holding frames 24 are loaded in multiple steps on a truck 17 are put into the travelling spacing 8 in a heating oven 1 which is segmented to a number of chambers in its lengthwise direction and permits temperature controlling to the specified temperature, chamber by chamber. The heating air of the specified temperature fed through the blast ducts 2 of the respective chambers goes through blast port 4, air feed chamber 6, slits 12, 13 and flows evenly in the spacings between groove members 10, 11 to heat the electrodes, after which it is exhausted into suction duct 3 through the feed chamber 7 and suction port 5. After the specified time, the truck is moved subsequently into each chamber by way of rails 16, by which the heat treatment may be done at high efficiency integrally from the preheating temperature up to the final finish temperature. |
