PURPOSE:To obtain the mirror body of superior impact resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, etc. by lamination-constituting the biaxially oriented film of the polymethylmethacrylate in which the viscosity of chloroform solution is kept at the specific range value, a light-reflective metal film and a plastic plate. CONSTITUTION:A reflective metal film 1 of Al, Ag, etc. is formed by vapor deposition or by coating of the mixture of metal powder and binder or the like on the film 2 comprising orienting the homopolymer of the polymethylmethacrylate of the viscosity-average molecular weight shown by formula in which the intrinsic viscosity of chloroform solution is 0.03-0.1 or the copolymer of the same with acrylic ester simultaneously longitudinally and cross or subsequently to 1.5 times or more. In the case of the vapor deposition film 1, 200-700Angstrom are suitable and in the case of the coated film 1, the coating solution containing metal powder at 10% or more as dry solid content is used to make the layer of 1g/m<2> or more as solid content after drying. Next, the laminate is affixed to a plastic plate (polymethacrylate, polycarbonate) 3, etc., whereby the mirror is obtained. |
