PURPOSE:To improve the surface properties (surface wetting properties), etc., of the title alloy by limiting the contents of Mg and Si and the amounts of Fe, Cu and Mn as impurities. CONSTITUTION:The Al alloy contg., by weight, 0.1-0.6% Mg and 0.1-0.6% Si and the balance consisting of Al with inevitable impurities and in which the above impurities are regulated to <=0.3% Fe, <=0.1% Cu and <=0.1% Mn is prepd. If required, one or more kinds among 0.05-0.2% Zr, 0.05-0.2 Ti and 0.05-0.2% Cr are furthermore added to the above compsn. By such constitution, since the Al alloy having excellent surface wetting properties can be obtd., the substrate of a photosensitive body having excellent application characteristics of an organic compound, having no working flaws due to scraps after cutting and even having excellent roundness can be obtd. |
