PURPOSE:To increase the frequency characteristics and internal loss, by mixing epoxy resin and acrylonitrile-butadiene-stylene resin in a given rate and forming the cone with the fiber reinforced resin strengthening the mixture with reinforcing fibers. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic circuit is formed with the yoke 5, magnet 6, pole piece 7 and the cylindrical coil bobbin 8 is located in the circuit and the voice coil 9 is wound on the bobbin 8. Further, the cone 10 of fiber reinforced resin is bonded at one end of the bobbin 8. Further, the end of the cone 10 is supported with the damper 11 and the bobbin 8 is supported to the frame 12 with the damper 13. The fiber reinforced resin is made by strengthening the mixture of the 100wt% of epoxy resin and 2-50wt% of acrylonitrile-butadiene-stylene resin with reinforcing fiber, which consists of straight reinforing fiber not bending for the warp 1 and weft 2 and the cloth constitution is used, which is held unifiedly with the auxiliary fibers 3, 4 greater in tensile strength. |
