<p>PURPOSE:To adjust relative position longitudinal to a truck and thus to simplify the truck assembling work by providing an axle box guide slidable longitudinally on a frame movable vertically. CONSTITUTION:An axle box 1 is built in each axle 2, which is carried onto a frame 6 coming down. The frame 6 is elevated by a table lifter 9 to hold a part where to fit nearly vertical by force of a spring 7, an axle box guide 8 is moved right beneath the axle box on the frame 6 by a motor 5 and a feed screw 10, and the table lifter 9 is further elevated to fix it in the axle box 1. After a position of the axle relative longitudinally to a truck is finely adjusted by the motor 5, a truck frame 4 is put down on an overhead travelling crane into the axle box 1, and then the table lifter 9 is also put down to complete the truck assembly.</p> |
