PURPOSE:To make it possible to select freely the switching wavelength of an optical element according to a measured sample and obtain continuous spectrum before and after switching, by stopping wavelength scanning only when the optical element is switched by a switch. CONSTITUTION:When the operator operates operator 9 for light source switching, the angle of mirror 3 is changed by switch 4, and D2 lamp 1 or W lamp 2 is selected. The light selected in this manner becomes a monochromatic light by spectroscope 6 and is inputted to measuring part 7, and the spectral transmission rate or the spectral reflection rate of the sample is obtained, and spectrum is recorded on recorder 8. The spectroscope 6 above has the wavelength scanned by wavelength driving unit 5 including a motor, a sign bar mechanism, etc. Meanwhile, switch 4 starts switching by the signal from operating unit 9 and sends signal 41 to wavelength driving unit 5 only during the time from switching start to switching end. By signal 41, wavelength driving unit 5 stops temporarily wavelength scanning during switching. Simultaneously, the wavelength axis os recorder 8 is stopped temporarily, so that spectrum of a continuous wavelength before and after obtained spectrum can be obtained. |
