MANUFACTURE OF GROUT FOR GROUND

PURPOSE:To manufacture a grout for ground which is capable of becoming desired grout when reaching a predetermined pH exactly by controlling the supply stoppage of a water glass grout to be supplied to the preceding water and acid liquid at a lower set pH value for predetermined pH values. CONSTITUTION:The pH of an aqueous sulfuric acid solution supplied in a set amount from the tank 12 to the regulating tank 1 is risen with time by the supply of an alkali from the tank 19. The risen pH value is detected by the pH detector 23 and its detection signal is put in the setter 24 through the circuit 25. Therefore, when the pH of the grout 22 reaches a control pH value, the water glass grout 18 is circulated through the piping 17 and the return circuit 20 by the supply pump 16 without being supplied to the regulating tank 1 continuously. Then, the grout 18 in the piping 17 is supplied to the tank 1 and its pH reaches a set pH value. Then, the grout is properly supplied by the supply pump 21 and then the foregoing manufacturing cycle is restarted as needed.
