PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction due to the sharp surge by inserting the transistor in series to the optical oscillation element. CONSTITUTION:When no light is irradiated to optical oscillation element 3, the high resistance is connected to the emitter of transistor 13. Thus no pulse is generated to element 3 although the surge may be mixed into power source 11. When the voltage of power source 11 is higher than Zener diode 4, no oscillation is caused although the light may be irradiated to element 3. And when the voltage of source 11 becomes lower than the Zener voltage of diode 4, the oscillation is caused by the light irradiated to element 3. And the oscillation current is rectified through bridge 8 to give triggering to TRIAC 9, and source 11 is supplied to load 10. |
