PURPOSE:To minimize the interference from other station and to improve the transmission efficiency by providing plural communication stations and one control station, generating a synchronizing clock from a reference signal to each communication station sent from the control station and allowing the communication station to generate a spread code minimizing the correlation by the synchronizing clock. CONSTITUTION:One control station c and plural communication stations D are prepared for the code split multiple access system, and the communication stations each are provided a spread code generating section D1, a receiver D2 and a transmitter D3. The generating section D1 of the communication station D receives a spread spectrum signal being a reference for the control station C and a clock generating circuit 21 generates a clock. A timing adjustment circuit 22 takes a prescribed timing from the clock and a spread code generating circuit 23 generates a spread code of the correlation minimizing the correlation coefficient of each communication station D. Then the interference from other station is minimized and the transmission efficiency is improved. |
