The holder is for the banding of respieratory masks, and comprises a connecting boss with insertion passage. The boss (2), formed on the body of th mask (1), has an insertion passage of increasing cross-section. The insertion restriction for the lug at the end of the band has oblique or curved faces, so that when the lug bears against them some pivoting to either side is possible. The shape of the lug can be arranged to match that of th faces.
