<p>The peripheral sheating is used on circular silos for concreting the ceiling of roof. It uses a set of curved form board assembled into a closed circle. Use is made of form boards with one or pref. two stirrup pieces (2) which can be removed or swung away across the top edge. These incorporate a support surface (12), which may be adjustable to a height in relation to the top edge of the board. Stirrup pieces may be resiliently mounted on a boom (5) on the form board. This does not require normal wall formwork for roof concreting.</p> |
