<p>The getter material for the colour t.v. c.r.t. prodn. is contained in an annular trough, held at one end of a support arm (2). In actual use the support arm may be repeatedly itilised, with only the annular trough (1) being displaced. The support arm has an extension (7), formed by bending in the direction of a sprung bracket (3) on which the annular trough can be snapped-on. The brakcet is pref. U-shaped and penetrates into the annular aperture (4) of the trough, with its shank resiliently abutting the wall of the annular aperture. The part of the bracket connecting the shanks is longer than the aperture. The extension forming the bracket may be formed of a sheet metal strip. This design permits easy exchange of the getter containing annular trough, while enabling repeated reuse of the support arm.</p> |
