<p>PURPOSE:To enable the incineration of a high temperature generating waste at low temperature by a method wherein the outside of the incinerator is constructed with ground, whose thermal capacity for cooling is high, to prevent the temperature rise within the furnace. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 4 is constructed at the end of a ditch 7 combined the waste conveying passage. A cooling pipe 5 is buried in the ground 3 by enclosing the chamber 4, where the pipe 5 is connected to a vinyl house 7 through a circulating pump 6 to circulate the cooling water. Besides, a steel frame 9 of fixed shape having a top cover 8 is previously inserted into the chamber 4, filling clay 11 in the clearance 10 formed between the chamber 4 and the frame 9, placing fire resistance bricks 12 within the frame 9 and forming furnace wall 13 by placing the clay 11 on the top of the frame 9. Then, the communication hole 14 is provided for the bottom side of the furnace wall 13 to connect with the outlet of the air blower 15 buried in the ground 3.</p> |
