PURPOSE:To realize continuous high-quality printing by using a thermal curing resin with less than specified Shore hardness as an adhesive for adhesion of an electric conductor to an electrically insulative support. CONSTITUTION:A hexagonal system boron nitride powder is added to an adhesive for adhesion of copper foil as electrode needle to the first support, and the Shore hardness is set to, at most, 30. The preferable adhesive for adhesion of foil which glues the copper foil as an electrode needle to the support is one with the same hardness as an adhesive for holding a support material and the electrode needle, and the Shore hardness should be at most, 30 considering its hurting property to discharge breakdown recording paper. In addition hexagonal system boron nitride powder is added to the adhesive, so that conductive foreign matter or molten resin is prevented from sticking to the tip of the electrode needle. The effective content of the hexagonal system nitrified boron powder is at least, 10wt.%, and preferably should be at most, 60wt.% from a viewpoint of adhesive strength. |
