PURPOSE:To make possible the stepless fine adjustment of the mounting bed along the pass line, by interposing the movement adjuster between the assembly locking device and the mounting bed supporting the guide unit. CONSTITUTION:If the setscrew rod 6 is turned in the direction to push forward the guide, the guide is moved to the left by the lead of the screw groove of the female screw boss 72 integrally fixed to the assembly locking device. As a result, the mounting bed 3, being engaged with the setscrew rod 6 through the projection 72 of the bearing so as to be unmovable in the axial direction, moves to the same direction. The movement of the mounting bed 3 is guided by the engagement between the key 8 and the slide key way 39, and the roller guide unit 1, set on the mounting bed 3, is moved in direction parallel to the pass line. The distance of this movement is adjusted by changing the turning angle of the setscrew rod, so that the stepless fine adjustment is possible, and the adjustment work is very easy. |
