PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of ignition timing by fixing a pickup coil for facilitating the setting of ignition timing when the detection of the leakage magnetic flux of a signal rotor by a fluxmeter has reached the maximum value. CONSTITUTION:The leakage magnetic flux of a signal rotor 2 which is generated when a pickup coil 3 is turned with respect to the rotor 2 is detected by a fluxmeter 10. The output of the fluxmeter 10 is amplified by an amplifier 11 and fed to a peak holder 12. The maximum value of the detection of the leakage magnetic flux by the fluxmeter 10 is indicated by indicators 13 and 14 and, at this time, the coil 3 is fixed with the rotation thereof stopped. |
