<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a thick hardened sheet, by supplying an epoxy resin mixture in between a carrier sheet and a coating sheet and rolling them to put the mixture into a B-stage. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin mixture 4 comprising an epoxy resin, a hardener and an additive is spread on a carrier sheet 2. A coating sheet 3 is laid on the mixture 4. The epoxy resin mixture layer 5 is rolled by rolls 6, 7, 7' to adjust the thickness. At that time, the layer 5 is integrated with the carrier sheet 2 and the coating sheet 3 and put into a B-stage. A thick shaped sheet 9 is thus manufactured. EFFECT:A thick shaped sheet can be obtained without using a solvent and overlapping thin sheets of prepreg or the like.</p> |
