<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for conventional spacers and strive for a reduction in construction cost and decrease the overall height of bellows, by providing a flange to each unit bellow which constitutes the bellows, and allowing it to perform a function of the spacer. CONSTITUTION:Bellows 5 are formed in such a manner that a pair of unit bellows 10, each having a flange 11 at each of its larger diameter ends, are coupled by inner and outer circumferentially welded parts 12a, 12b between flanges 11. At this time, through each flange 11 are formed a plurality of through holes 13 in a circumferentially distributed pattern for permitting guide rods 8 and control rods 9 to extend through the holes. In order to control a distance between the lowermost unit bellow flange 11 in an uppermost bellow group and a top plate 7 of the bellows and a distance between the uppermost unit bellow flange 11 and the lowermost unit bellow flange 11 in each bellow group, the control rod 9 is installed by utilizing the through holes 13 of the flanges 11.</p> |
