A coating process for the soluble adhesive over the ;plained fabrics for finishing the material like a syede is described the soluble adhesive is heat-coated on the plained pile fabrics of which individual piles are optionally laid and then heatset to the melting temperature and cooled to the room temperature to wash the fabrics for the removal of the soluble adhesive.
