PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the damage due to strain and to decrease the failures, by taking smaller split constitution of ferri-magnetic substance of very thin plate mounted on the end of the cylindrical projection conductor into a plurality of split ferri-magnetic substance plates. CONSTITUTION:At the end surfaces of opposition of the cylindrical projection conductors 2, 2, in which the upper center of the waveguide 1 of Y-shape opened aside is projected innerward and the elearance between them are narrowered, very thin plate shape ferrir-magnetic substances 3, 3 are respectively mounted. At the inside of the concave of the projected conductors 2, 2, the cooling sections 4, 4 flowing the cooling water are formed and the magnets 5, 5 for DC magnetic field application are provided in the projected conductor sections 2, 2 located at the external of the cooling sections 4, 4. Further, this ferri-magnetic substance 3 is formed on a plurality of split ferri-magnetic substance plate 6 of segment shape located radially at the small circle and the circumference of it located at the center, and this magnetic plate 6 is mounted on the same arrangement by opposing it to the end surface of the projected conductors 2, 2. |
