<p>PURPOSE:To enable the easy adjustment of a time of continuation of a contact output, by a method wherein an operating element for adjusting the time is provided in exposure on the front of a case. CONSTITUTION:A variable resistor VR is made to be of a sliding type, a tab 74 is fitted to a handle, and this tab 74 is exposed on the front of a case 1 and in the vicinity of the handle 71 of a switch SW. When infrared rays radiated from a human body are detected by a pyroelectric element P in this construction, an output level of an output terminal turns to be 'H' for a prescribed time. This time is altered by adjusting the resistor VR by the tab 74. In this way, the time of continuation of a contact output can be adjusted easily in accordance with a place of installation.</p> |
