<p>The central coupling for a (railway) vehicle is made in two parts which cannot be detached. It has a rigid bar (1), each end (3) of which has an opening (4) with a traction pin (6). There are traction stops (11, 12) and a compression stop (13) on each vehicle part. Flexible parts (7) cover the traction pin on the traction stops to allow slight play (d) between each end (5) of the rigid bar and the compression stop. The rigid bar has a suspension bar (18). The play allowed is 10/15 mm. Each compression stop has a spherical contact surface.</p> |
