<p>Support is made of food synthetic resin with orifices. The orifices ensure the union of the mass of substance to the support. Orifices are pref. in the form of letters, motifs or tracings forming a normograph. Whole surface may be perforated continuously along the length and can also have graduations and hollows. Support pref. has a large upper and forming a splayed out portion and may support an integrated food substance. Lower surface of the support is pref. chequered. It is more easily sterilised than wood, gives a firm hold and may be re-used.</p> |
