The amphibious vehicle is made as a pontoon (1), welded from metal plates, and with towing and mooring attachments and hatches. There are flush fitting wheel sets (7, 8) which increase floating capacity. There are twin wheels at the front mounted in a housing which can slide vertically between high and low positions. These wheels are locked by pins or wedges for steering when towed. Twin wheels are also mounted at the rear sides. All wheels have light, aircraft type, tyres.
