Two-wheeled spindle mower - has vertical guide baffles on top side of bottom blade

The spindle mower has a frame-type chassis on two wheels and supports a cutter roller, which has top blades following helical lines and a bottom blade extending in the longitudinal direction. The frame incorporates also a cut grass collecting box. On the top side of the bottom blade (42) in its longitudinal direction, there is a number of vertical guide baffles (43) for the mowed material. The planes of these guide baffles preferably extend vertically to the axis of the cutter roller (33). The edges of the baffles may correspond in shape to the cutter roller radius. The spacing of the baffles may be reduced in axial direction.
