PURPOSE:To make automatic charge to printed board suitable by connecting effectively devices such as peeling of lead wire, taping and winding and storing in case of manufacturing hollow-core type coil. CONSTITUTION:Wire rod 2 winded in bobbin 1 is drawn out and passed through soldering bath 4 and winded up in the winding section 5. After that, it is formed into fixed shape in the lead wire shaping section 9 and forwarded to next process by means of conveyer with attachment one by one. Next, it is taped in the taping section 12 through the separate transport section 11 and housed in th winding store section 13. In this constitution, the winding section 5 consists of winding shaft 6, cutter 8, peeling punch 14 and punch 15, etc. and hollow-core coil is prepared here and then forwarded to the separate transport section 11. This transport section 11 consists of winding shaft 6, attachments 10 and 19, guide 18 and pneumatic pipe 20, etc. After that, this hollow-core coil is taped at the taping section 12 and coils cut individually are housed in th store section 13. |
