PURPOSE:Tangle is compressed into a lump with prescribed cross section and density, which is sliced and then molded to give efficiently and sanitarily pieces of tangle for one portion. CONSTITUTION:Crude tangle is cleaned, seasoned, piled and compressed into a square lump of tangle 1 with predetermined density and cross section area. The lump 1 is sliced with edge 2, introduced through air-suction duct 5 into mold 4 and the content is dried under pressure to form a piece of tangle b. |
