<p>The packing system is intended for small components (1), partic. thin rod or pin-shaped paper points used in dentistry. It comprises a carrier (2) at least one side (3) of which has an adhesive layer (4) to releasably hold the components placed in a regularly spaced pattern. The adhesive layer may extend over the entire carrier surface (3) or may consist of one or more adhesive strips. It may be confined to the contact area of the individual components. The components may be covered by a protective foil, which may be shrunk on to the carrier to provide a hermetic closure.</p> |
