<p>PURPOSE:To collect data rapidly without increasing channels in number by dividing terminal offices into groups, and then by making a base office collect data from one group in polling mode and from the other in interruption mode. CONSTITUTION:Between base office 3 and terminal offices 21-2N, radio communication system 1 is constituted and transmitter-receivers 3a and 3b of base office 3 collect data from terminal offices 21-2N. To collect data from those terminal offices 21-2N, terminal offices 21-2N are grouped into a few, and mode signal E provided to calling code ID in format sent from base office 3, and individual calling codes ID1 and ID2 are set so as to indicate a polling period when needed information is sent sequentially to terminal offices 21-2N in a fixed group and an interruption period when needed information is sent by interruption to terminal offices 21-2N in the other group, so that data from respective terminal offices 21-2N will be collected without increasing channels in number.</p> |
