PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled pipe which the performance of separation is high and incorporation to a separator is easy by a method wherein a transmission film is formed into a circular, porous support pipe, such as, a drilled stainless pipe, etc. and an intermediate portion of the porous support pipe is made flat. CONSTITUTION:A transmission film 2 is made up into a circular, porous support pipe 1, such as, a drilled stainless pipe, a porous plastic pipe, etc. A central portion of a circular, tubular film separating pipe 10 obtained is made flat. When the porous support pipe 1 is made of metal, such as, the stainless pipe, etc., the pipe may simply be made flat and worked plastically; when the pipe 1 is made of the plastic pipe, the pipe may be made flat and worked plastically under heating. Since the more the film approaches to the outlet side of an undiluted solution, the higher the performance of separation is in this separating pipe for the film, the pipe can uniformly seperate the tilm extending over the total length of the separating pipe even when the undiluted solution approaches to the outlet side and its concentration increases. |
