The present invention concerns an arrangement for control of a frequency with high speed and precision. The arrangement contains a main clock, which produces a very stable time. Furthermore, there is a synchronisation clock, which goes in synchronisation with a frequency being controlled, such as the network frequency. Finally, there is a deviation calculator, which is connected to the two clocks and from which one obtains their times in digital form. The deviation calculator puts out the deviation with sign, which is used to control the generated frequency. <IMAGE> |
