PURPOSE:To strengthen not only a band saw but also the whole band saw, and to improve durability, by a mechanism wherein not less than two band saw simple substances are stacked, these simple substances are integrally glued and the band saw is formed. CONSTITUTION:Vertical notch grooves 2, whose upper ends ar opened, are mounted at the regular interval's locations of the upper portions of three, beltlike, extremely thin, metallic plates 1... by the first process. The impalpable powder of diamond or a cubic crystal boron nitride is each attached to upper surfaces containing the inner surfaces of the notch grooves 2 of the metallic plates 1 by means of an electric plating method, a large number of blades 3 are formed, and three band saw simple substances 4 are made up. The simple substances 4 are shifted lest the notch grooves 2 should be stacked and stacked, and glued with adhesives 5 or silver solder, thus obtaining a band saw 6. |
