PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of malfunction by causing response of the same tendency to environmental change by arranging 1st and 2nd voltage control oscillation circuits, constituting PLL, near a wafer constituting an IC circuit. CONSTITUTION:Since 1st and 2nd voltage control oscillation circuits VCO29 and VCO33 constituting PLL are arranged near a wafer constituting IC circuit 16, both VCOs 29 and 33 respond to an environmental change with the same tendency. Therefore even if oscillation frequencies of VCO29 and VCO33 would be drifted according to an environmental change such as variation in temperature, the same tendency appears as to both VCO29 and VCO33, and consequently malfunction can never be caused. |
