<p>The anti collision device protects a moving crane jib structure in a certain area and a cable. It has a transmitter-receiver on the structure to give a detection beam in a limited area, covered by movement of the structure. The cable has a reflector, rotating on it to receive the beam. The reflector rotates between a folded away position and an adjustable dervice position. A motor and transmission rotate the reflector which has several reflecting plates at 90 degrees on a central tube, through which the cable passes. The beam is a radar one.</p> |
