PURPOSE:The cake ingredients are sterilized by heating them in a heat-resistant vessel with a lid having a small hole, then the small hole is filled, thus making said cake with high rotting and drying resistance and good taste. CONSTITUTION:The cake ingredients consisting of cream 7 and sponge 6 are put into heat-resistant vessel 1 and heat-resistant lid having small hole 3 is put on the vessel and heat fused through the thermoplastic layer. The cake is sterilized by heating and the small hole is closed with an adhesive tape or so. The addition of preservative, e.g., alcohol, organic acid from the hole to the cake ingredients before or after the sterilization increases the rotting resistance. |
