Welding section pieces to containers - using guide tracks for welding tool and weld testing

The method is for manufacturing single or multiple compartment containers with channels and or strengthening profile pieces welded or enables accurate welding of sound joints and accurate test device guidance without using the edges of the pieces to be welded on as welding tool or test device guides. The welding tool and test device are guided by indentation tracks (4) formed in the centre or off-centre of the channel and/or strengthening section (2) to be or having been welded to the container wall (1). Raised tracks may alternatively be used as guide tracks. The track section may be rounded or rectangular. The volume (3) enclosed by such a channel may be used to conduct heating a cooling fluid.
