PURPOSE:To secure the reproduced sound with the reduced distortion as well al to minimize the deterioration with age by using the thread received the shrinking process for the diameter direction thread of the damper for speaker and thus obtaining the excellent response and follow-up properties for the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Corrugation part 11b of the curved surface is formed at the inner circumference side of outer flange 11a of corrugation damper 10 for speaker, and furthermore inner flange 11c is formed at the inner circumference side of part 11b. Then the clip thread is used for diameter line direction thread K(31) of the formation component for the flanges mentioned above; while the straight thread is used for circumferential direction thread S(32). Thus the knitted substance is formed. This formation is then given the jersey formation by using the thread received the climp process to the warp 31 to be circumferential direction S along with the mere thread used for warp 32 each. Thus cylindrical damper component 30 is obtained, and the flexibility is given only to the lenght direction of component 30. Thus the response and follow-up properties are increased for damper 10 to the diaphragm, thus ensuring production of the reproduced sound with the reduced distortion as well as the small deterioration with age. |
