In an open stove 1 or an open fireplace, the furnace compartment 22 which is closable by means of one or more doors 2 and 3, difficulties arise during combustion courses over regulating the intake of combustion air at closed furnace compartment. Said difficulty is overcome by utilising doors consisting of two wall elements 13 and 14 situated at a distance. Sufficient combustion air may pass between said wall elements. The wall element 14 in contact with the combustion is heated in dependence of the combustion course, and by its state of heating controls the passage of combustion air. <IMAGE> |
