PURPOSE:To manufacture an ink jet recording head which has a short interval of meniscus return, can perform rapid printing and ejects small-diameter ink particles optimal for printing, by making the depth of an ink ejection nozzle smaller than that of an ink passage. CONSTITUTION:An ink supply chamber 22, an ink compression chamber 23 and an ink passage 24 are provided at a depth of about 40mum on a base board so that a recess is formed. An ink ejection nozzle 21 with a depth of about 20mum is connected to the ink passage 24. A lid and a piezoelectric element 25 are provided on the base board. |
