<p>PURPOSE: To prevent generation of erosion and cavitation by placing a plurality of main ducts side by side in a closing member for a valve and disposing side ducts in positions drifting from the central axes of the main ducts while communicating the main ducts. CONSTITUTION: In a closing member for a valve, a plurality of main ducts 5, 5', 5" are arranged side by side, and side ducts 7 are placed to cross the main ducts 5, 5', 5" and eccentric relative the main ducts 5, 5', 5". Due to this structure, a turbulent flow is generated in a medium substance flowing between the ducts 5, 5', 5" and 7, so that a local shocking force or a high pressure due to a sudden swirling of a flow can be damped. Consequently, erosion and cavitation can be prevented from occurring.</p> |
