The invention relates to a prefabricated building, whose at least one wall structural element exhibits panels arranged on both sides of a heat insulation (2). At least the outer panel is a log-type panel (1). A corner structural element which has been assembled beforehand from log-type blocks (6) is arranged as an extension of the outer panel (1). Being supported, for example, on a corner plate (4), the corner structural element which has been assembled from log-type blocks (6) is mounted on the corner of the building, said corner plate being fastened on the corner of the said building by means of load-bearing members (5, 10). The intention is, in this manner, to achieve a corner structure which can be fitted easily and quickly and has an appearance similar to that of a genuine log cabin. <IMAGE> |
