Sliding vehicle door with telescopic guides - has inclined linear ejectors controlled by rams

Each door is suspended from a guide element which can extend telescopically and the guide is fixed to the vehicle body and slightly away from it. This support is fixed rigidly by two linear ejectors, with their movement limited to control sliding of the door. These ejectors are parallel and at an angle between 45 and 90 degrees to the door. The ejectors have a fixed cylindrical sleeve with the moving part inside with a tie which slides with the help of roller elements. Control of sliding is given by a pneumatic cylinder and piston (of which the piston can be locked when the door is closed).
