<p>A drawing machine for textile yarns or filaments comprises a continuous drive or feed, a controllable tension device for each section of the yarn, a measuring device for the tension applied, and a storage device for the drawn yarn. The drawing of textile yarns is carried out continuously, without the need for skeining, and is precise and reliable. The drawing machine may be inserted into a line of treatment processes, e.g. between a heat-setting stage and a winding stage. The machine further provides braking means for the advancing yarn, to impose a continuous tension on the sections of yarn passing through the macine.</p> |
